By accessing or using the FlexyPoly website (flexypoly.com) or Agent ARIEL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of location or language.

2. Description of service

FlexyPoly provides Agent ARIEL, a web-based reasoning tool designed to support communication in complex, neurodivergent, and multi-partner relationship contexts. The service is provided as-is, without requiring account creation.

Agent ARIEL may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.

3. Permitted use

You may use Agent ARIEL for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the service to harass, deceive, or harm other individuals
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary logic from the platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload our infrastructure
  • Represent ARIEL's output as professional psychological or medical advice to third parties

4. No therapy or medical advice

Agent ARIEL provides structured reasoning and communication support. It is not a licensed mental health service, does not constitute therapy, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional psychological or medical care.

FlexyPoly is not liable for decisions made based on ARIEL's output. Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and apply the tool's suggestions.

5. Intellectual property

All content on flexypoly.com, including text, design, code structure, and the Agent ARIEL framework, is the property of FlexyPoly and protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Contact partners @ flexypoly.com for licensing inquiries.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

FlexyPoly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlexyPoly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Privacy

Your use of FlexyPoly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Using the service indicates your acceptance of our privacy practices.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from use of FlexyPoly shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Brazilian courts.
